Standard decor items typically arrive within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7-14 business days as they require specialized white-glove delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Leuchtturm ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to serve our international community in the near future.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also track your status directly through your Leuchtturm account dashboard.
